Position Summary
Financial Services Senior Manager – Strategy, Growth & Transformation Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organizations. Join our team and use advanced data, AI, and emerging technologies with industry insights to help clients bring clarity from complexity and accelerate their path to value creation. Work You’ll Do As a Senior Manager - Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Regulatory & Financial Risk team, you will be responsible for: Learn how to identify, evaluate, and prioritize business, operational, regulatory, and technology risks as well as risk mitigation strategies for our clients Lead workstreams on complex projects, liaise with client counterparts and actively participate in discussions on project management and delivery approaches Manage the development of client deliverables, including those in support of regulatory submissions and other critical bank initiatives Manage project team in providing recommendations to improve or transform processes to gain efficiencies or scale or reduce risk for our clients Manage internal business development initiatives and sales opportunities, including the creation of external-facing industry perspectives, lead generation materials, or sales proposals Produce quality work products independently and collectively with team members throughout development lifecycle from initial conception to implementation Engage with industry participants on market trends, competitive activities, and topic-specific discussions impacting the industry, potentially including with clients, industry consortiums, or trade groups or committees A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The Team Our Regulatory & Financial Risk offering supports clients' regulatory and compliance needs, balancing risk and regulatory requirements with enhancing business value and optimizing outcomes. Candidates will have exceptional records of professional achievement, experience working in a relevant financial services industry sector, and a demonstrated capacity and enthusiasm for self-paced development. Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for complex problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across a variety of strategic, operational, technological, and risk management matters.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree 15+ years of experience working in the financial services or consulting industry related to one or more of the following Financial Services industries: consumer or corporate banking, investment banking or capital markets,
