Logistics Specialist - Senior

We are looking for a talented Logistics Specialist – Senior to join our team, specialising in transportation optimisation, logistics analytics, and supply chain improvement within our Global Logistics organisation in Daventry, UK, based at the UK Logistics Centre. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to develop transportation and logistics solutions that support new products, volume growth, network expansion, new sourcing strategies, and changing business requirements. Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics performance, reducing costs, enhancing service levels, shortening transit times, and simplifying administrative processes. Develop and maintain logistics analytics that provide visibility of operational performance, trends, and opportunities across the transportation network. Analyse key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and support data-driven decision-making. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma and supply chain optimisation projects that drive measurable business results. Develop reporting capabilities that improve supply chain visibility, support operational excellence, and enable effective performance management. Conduct benchmarking and scenario analysis to evaluate transportation strategies, identify best practices, and support network optimisation initiatives. Drive the adoption of standardised transportation processes and share best practices across regions to improve consistency, efficiency, and service delivery.
