In this consulting role, you will work directly with client organizations to redesign and optimize their business processes by leveraging automation, data-driven decision making, and AI-powered solutions across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Aftersales. You will work at the intersection of business transformation, process excellence, and emerging technologies — combining your industry knowledge with hands-on experience in automation and AI to help organizations identify opportunities, redesign operations, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and performance. THE WORK: Analyze and improve business processes across industrial domains, identifying where automation and AI can make a real difference Work with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to design and implement practical solutions Facilitate workshops to surface operational challenges and prioritize improvement opportunities Translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable transformation initiatives Support the deployment of AI-enabled use cases and intelligent automation solutions Contribute to change management and help organizations actually adopt what's being built Track and report on the business value delivered by automation and AI initiatives Apply process mining insights, industry best practices, and data-driven approaches to continuous improvement #LI-EU HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, logistics, manufacturing, IT or equivalent At least 3 years of professional experience inside an industrial company in one or more of: Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics/Supply Chain, Sales, or Aftersales/Service Management Experience in business or digital transformation and process improvement Hands-on involvement in automation initiatives — workflow automation, low-code platforms, or similar Familiarity with AI tools in a work context (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills English proficiency; German is a strong advantage BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio SAP transformation experience (S/4HANA, supply chain, manufacturing, or service processes) Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies Jira and Confluence proficiency WHAT WE OFFER?    Individual support of a People Lead and a specific path of professional development, as well as the possibility of a session with a Coach.   A wide training package (soft, technical, and language training offer, access to the e-learning platforms, Gallup test, GenAI training, possibility of co-financing courses, and certification).   Employee Assistance Program - legal, financial, and psychological consultations.   Accenture employees eligible for the Employee share purchase plan automatically become eligible for quarterly dividends if they own company shares.   Paid employee referral program.   Private medical care and life insurance.   Access to the WorkSmile benefits platform (possibility of using a wide range of products and services, including the Multisport card).
