Starting Pay: $18 / hour Paid Virtual Training:

4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST (attendance required) Includes a 6-hour network login session the Friday before training begins

Schedule

Individual schedules that will be offered for the position are full-time, 40 hour per week schedules that are 8-hour shifts between the operating hours of 7 AM – 10 PM CST. Schedules may include weekends and holidays based on business needs. Schedules can only be changed via a bid process that is awarded based on performance.

Handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide Receive and apply feedback from managers to improve call quality Efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations Provide excellent customer service Strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics Adhere to a set full time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Must be at least 18 years old Must currently reside in one of the following states:

AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY

Must have at least one year of sales experience Must have a minimum of two years of consecutive work experience with one employer Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions from any background noise including but not limited to sounds from animal/pets, TVs, radios, and children or other adults in the home

Working from home is not designed or intended to be a replacement for appropriate adult or child dependent care
