We are looking for an experienced, versatile Designer to join the Partnerships Team to help grow Calm’s product and distribution partnerships worldwide. This role is integral to driving Calm’s growth through high-impact collaborations across Business Development, Brand Licensing, and Partner Success. As a Partnerships Designer, you will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Partnerships Marketing, and Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) to conceptualize and develop innovative, on-brand design solutions. Key responsibilities include: Business Development

Create and update high-stakes pitch presentations for specific partner propositions (e.g., Calm for Brands, Calm Offers) and verticals like Travel and Connected Health. Build bespoke presentations for flagship partners. Develop visual building blocks and mockups of in-app UI, including co-branded partner pages and Calm integrations into partner UX (e.g., Calm on a Hilton TV or in a Lincoln car). Design B2B marketing assets, including long/short form case
