The Quality Assurance Analyst performs quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments to ensure client standards are maintained.

Additional Info: This position requires the candidate to work a 5 day-a-week schedule in the Champaign office. Relocation Offered: None Sponsorship Offered: None Travel: 10% or less domestic travel expected with this role.

Working with customers and suppliers to review quality cases and disposition of material Analyzing incoming customer quality concerns   Working Quality Cases assigned from Quality customer service   Collecting non-conformance data and maintaining and updating quality system documents   Preparing Quality Return POs for returned goods from customers.    Containment of non-conforming material including validating and verifying on-hand material using standard calibrated gauges  Identifying potential non-conforming material which has been shipped   Issuing and managing proactive alerts to customers   Interacting with Operations on operational cause defects   Reviewing design prints and 1E specifications Issuing rejections and corrective action requests to suppliers while communicating updates as needed.
