Sr. Portfolio Banker - Global Family Office Responsible for providing credit and banking to new Global Family and Private Investment Offices (GFO) relationships and broadening relationships of existing GFO banking clients.  Manages ongoing complex credit and deposit relationships for the largest/most complex Family offices and generational family members and their investment structures. Develops and cultivates relationships with new and existing clients to enhance profitability of credit and deposit services for the Bank. Enhances quality of service to existing accounts and coordinates delivery of client service with other parts of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

Assists in the cultivation of new relationships with GFO Wealth Strategists and Relationship teams and develops the marketing strategy for specific prospects and clients. •Manages complex GFO banking, credit and treasury management client relationships and identifies opportunities external to banking in the areas of investment, fiduciary and deposits. Responsible for structuring and negotiating complex loan agreements according to Credit Policy guidelines established by Credit Policy Committee Analyzes and negotiates the terms of loans, such as special pricing conditions, covenants, interest rates, collateral advance rates, borrowing bases and swaps etc. according to guidelines set by the Credit Policy Committee. Oversees and negotiates the preparation of documentation necessary for the financing agreement Advises and consults with clients as it relates to Goals Driven Wealth Management Generates leads through well established relationships with COI’s and cultivates a network of additional COI’s As a team member, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development and client service Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas• Leads others to solve complex credit problems The successful candidate will benefit from having:  At least 5 to 7 years year in financial analysis, credit underwriting, commercial lending with an emphasis on fund and investment financing along client servicing experience May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity •Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition and financing, usually acquired through formal education and experience is required. Knowledge of investments and investment structures including Private Equity and Hedge Funds, trust and trust structures to create proper loan structures and credit terms   Skills in negotiation, leadership and sales are necessary to develop the client and prospect relationships and a partner network Excellent oral and written communication skills are required Highly flexible and adaptable to change in high demand environment Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve risk mitigation, processes or
