The Senior Manager, Clinical Reporting leads the strategy, execution and continuous evolution of clinical reporting capabilities that enable informed decision-making across Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and executive leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team of Clinical Reporting professionals who develop standardized reporting, dashboards and analytics supporting the clinical trial lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, Digital Health Solutions and Information Technology to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, compliant and aligned with evolving business needs. As a strategic leader, you will drive reporting innovation through automation, data visualization, governance and process improvement while establishing reporting capabilities that support operational excellence, inspection readiness and future advanced analytics initiatives . Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to work from our Marlborough, Massachusetts; Maple Grove, Minnesota; or Arden Hills, Minnesota office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic leadership and reporting innovation ● Develop and execute the Clinical Reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with Clinical Operations priorities and enterprise objectives. ● Partner with clinical and technology leaders to establish a long-term roadmap for reporting capabilities that improve study oversight, portfolio visibility and executive decision-making. ● Identify opportunities to modernize reporting through automation, self-service analytics, data visualization tools and emerging technologies. ● Champion data-driven decision-making by promoting standardized metrics, dashboards and reporting best practices across the clinical organization. ● Lead change management activities supporting the adoption of new reporting capabilities, tools and business processes . Clinical reporting and analytics ● Own the portfolio of operational and executive clinical reports supporting study execution, enrollment, monitoring, site performance, quality metrics and portfolio management. ● Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements while maintaining accuracy, consistency and regulatory compliance. ● Collaborate with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics and Digital Health Solutions teams to deliver integrated reporting across multiple clinical systems. ● Establish reporting standards, documentation and governance processes that support consistency across therapeutic areas and clinical programs. ● Drive development of
