Develop and execute comprehensive knowledge management strategies, frameworks, and processes that align with organizational objectives.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify knowledge gaps, ensuring effective solutions are designed and implemented.

Establish and promote best practices for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.

Oversee the design, governance, and maintenance of knowledge repositories, databases, and digital platforms to ensure accessibility and reliability.

Provide training, guidance, and enablement to employees on knowledge management tools, systems, and practices.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives, using metrics and feedback to recommend improvements.
