Job Description Responsibilities: - Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, ensuring efficiency and compliance. - Monitor, analyze, and report on procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals, priorities, and strategic initiatives. - Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to contractual obligations. - Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and audits to drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards. - Develop, update, and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Support process improvement initiatives and adoption of digital or analytical tools to enhance procurement effectiveness and decision-making.
