Role Summary We are looking for a skilled DB2 Administrator  to manage, maintain, and optimize DB2 database environments across development, testing, and production systems. The role involves database administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and ensuring high availability.   ͏

Technical Skills Core Skills

Strong hands-on experience in IBM DB2 LUW / DB2 z/OS Expertise in:

DB2 installation, configuration, and patching Backup & recovery (Image copy, restore, rollforward) Performance tuning and query optimization

Experience with DB2 utilities (REORG, RUNSTATS, LOAD, etc.)  Good knowledge of SQL and database design

Advanced Skills (Preferred – L3)

Experience with Replication (Q Replication / CDC) High availability & DR setups (HADR) Automation using scripting (Shell / REXX)  Monitoring tools (OEM, Tivoli, etc.) ͏

Mandatory Skills: MSSQL Database Admin
