Work you'll do As a Senior Product Specialist on the GPS FinOps (Financial Operations) team, you will be responsible for: Translating finance strategy and business requirements into system enhancements and communicating requirements to technology teams for development Managing the finance systems portfolio, including backlog prioritization, program increment execution, governance tracking, risk escalation, and PMO oversight Leading user acceptance testing, release readiness, hypercare activities, and defect resolution for finance system enhancements and deployments Monitoring system operations, data integrity, and alignment between finance systems and the general ledger across manual and automated processes Evaluating system integrations, identifying process improvements, assessing design alternatives, and leading analysts in the US and India supporting finance-led systems A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team GPS FinOps (Financial Operations) within Government Solutions & Innovation (GSi) serves as US finance application portfolio subject matter experts, to implement and manage innovative solutions and changes through governance and change management to meet the technology needs of finance and the US firm. Required: 5+ years of experience in finance systems, financial operations,
