Title: Maintenance Technician Pay Rate : $33.05/hr - $39.61/hr Sign-on Bonus : $1000 after 30 days $500 after 6 months $500 after 1 year Category/ Location : White Bear Lake Box Facility 1699 W. 9 th St White Bear Lake, MN 55110 The Job You Will Perform: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity. Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations Accurately use measurement and test equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork Work independently as well as part of a team Follow all safety rules and practices Perform other duties as assigned by supervision The Skills You Will Bring: Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in our safety culture Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher strongly preferred Strong mechanical skills and aptitude Strong troubleshooting skills Skilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices Well-rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience Written and verbal communication skills Ability to work overtime as needed
