Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00am-6:00pm with 1 Saturday a month from 7:00am - 4:00pm. This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager. Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles. Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system. Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection. Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs. Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

We prefer 2 years of Service Writing in a dealership atmosphere. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies. CDK experience is preferred. Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals. Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs. Total Rewards The annual earning potential for this role is $70k to 100k annuall which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits. Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
