About this role
The Tools & Insights team within Consumer & Community Banking is seeking a senior program manager to drive the next phase of our technology and data transformation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of structured program delivery, enterprise data products, and AI adoption — supporting the tools and workflows that power execution, performance visibility, and decision-making across CCB. As the Senior Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade tools and data products while embedding structured delivery discipline across the portfolio and championing the integration of AI and automation into core workflows. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a trusted strategic partner to business and technology stakeholders across CCB — driving adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes without direct people management responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of tools, data products, and enhancements from intake through launch and stabilization. Establish and apply a consistent delivery framework (intake, scope, milestones, entry/exit criteria, and governance routines). Drive cross-functional planning and execution across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment. Track and communicate program status, key risks/dependencies, and decisions; escalate and drive resolution as needed. Define and monitor delivery and adoption KPIs (e.g., milestone performance, usage/adoption, stakeholder outcomes) to improve predictability and impact. Partner with product, data, and technology leaders to translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements and roadmaps. Lead structured user testing and release readiness (UAT planning, feedback loops, training inputs, and go-live support). Improve data and reporting foundations to reduce manual work, ad-hoc reporting, and redundant analytics. Identify and deliver AI/automation opportunities within core tools and workflows, with measurable efficiency and cycle-time improvements. Develop executive-ready communications (updates, readouts, and presentations) tailored to senior leadership and varied audiences. Manage vendor engagement as applicable, including scope, delivery expectations, and performance outcomes. Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities 7+ years of program delivery experience with demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-workstream, longer-term program plans in a large, matrixed organization Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Alteryx — including deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancement in a business context Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes without direct authority over delivery teams Strong track record of defining and tracking adoption metrics, delivery KPIs, and measurable business outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups Strong risk and controls mindset with experience navigating governance and compliance requirements in a regulated environment Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across a diverse set of business partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical teams and senior executive audiences Ability to proactively manage priorities, surface issues early, and drive decisions to closure in a fast-moving environment Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities Proven experience delivering data products, analytics tools, or business intelligence platforms at enterprise scale Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into operational tools or business workflows, with measurable outcomes
