We are looking for a Therapeutics Programmatic and Technical Advisor to support multiple therapeutics innovation programs. You will leverage an advanced training in immunology or pharmacology and experience managing therapeutics develop ment programs and thrive at the intersection of science, strategy, and program execution and is motivated to accelerate the develop ment of life-saving medical countermeasures. As part of our team, you'll work with world-class scientists, technical experts, and public health professionals to support enabling technologies. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills , understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission's success. Our client supports the advanced research and develop ment ( R & D ) of medical countermeasures ( MCMs ) to protect Americans and respond to 21st-century national health security threats. They employ a comprehensive portfolio approach to address the public health consequences of CBRN events, pandemic influenza, and emerging infectious diseases. What You’ll Work On: Partner with a Project Officer to design, execute, and manage complex R & D programs. Help shape strategy, define technical direction, and operationalize programs from concept through execution. Provide feedback on drug develop ment approaches including research and develop ment plans as well as regulatory and clinical strategies. Participate in Market Research efforts and conduct deep landscape analyses, including literature, market, and stakeholder e nga gement to identify emerging technologies, gaps, opportunities and potential players then translate insights into actionable program strategies and funding priorities. Contribute to the full lifecycle of program management, including acquisition package develop ment, topic develop ment, proposal evaluation, contract oversight, and performance monitoring across a varied portfolio of performers. Provide scientific and technical insight across a portfolio of innovations focused on improving national health security. You Have: Experience in biological or chemical sciences, life sciences, clinical studies, pharmaceutical industry regulatory affairs, quality assurance, quality control positions, clinical trials, or epidemiological research Experience with Micro sof t 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint Knowledge of therapeutic product develop ment or early-stage biomedical product develop ment Ability to support biological or biochemical research agendas Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, a Life Science field such as Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology, or a Physical Science field such as Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science Nice If You Have: 5+ years of experience in early-stage biomedical product develop ment Experience in program or project management in a scientific, engineering, or biomedical field Knowledge of the health security and medical countermeasure innovation ecosystem Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives, including develop ment of program materials, briefings, and stakeholder e nga gement Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate under tight timelines, and pivot quickly in a dynamic collaborative environment Doctorate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, a Life Science field such as Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology, or a Physical Science field such as
