Do internal kick off with all stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints Prepare project plan, budget and project organization chart
Do project kick off meeting with customer and share project timeline & project organization structure
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities and deliverables Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, execution, QA/QC) Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders Track project progress and resolve technical or operational issues Support procurement by preparing PR, technical evaluations, and vendor approvals Weekly Manage documentation, project reports, budget and change control processes(ECN) Schedule and attend customer buyoff after successful internal trials Monitor snag point closure and dispatch activities Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Experience
4–8 years of experience in project engineering / execution roles Experience in handling end-to-end project lifecycle preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Project (or similar scheduling tools) Familiarity with AutoCAD or relevant design software Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities Time management and multitasking capability
Optional (Good to Have)
CAPM, PMP / Prince2 certification or equivalent Experience in ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
