ROLE OBJECTIVE The Strategic Sourcing Analyst II will support APAC e-sourcing and contract management activities by executing standard RFQs through digital platforms (Jaggaer, GEP, or similar), coordinating suppliers, maintaining sourcing data, and assisting commodity managers with quote comparison, documentation, and follow-up. This is an execution-focused role with a development path toward broader sourcing ownership. RESPONSIBILITIES • Support standard RFQ execution using Jaggaer, GEP, or similar e-sourcing tools • Coordinate with suppliers to collect quotes, clarify requirements, and ensure timely responses • Prepare RFQ packages, upload data, monitor event timelines, and follow up on open actions • Validate, compare, and summarize supplier quotations using agreed templates • Support commodity managers with quote analysis and supplier recommendation data • Assist with negotiation preparation by collecting price, lead time, MOQ, payment terms, and supplier performance inputs • Support supplier contract documentation, validity tracking, renewals, and compliance follow-up • Maintain accurate sourcing and contract records for reporting, audit, and compliance • Support GEP implementation activities, including testing, supplier onboarding, and process stabilization • Collaborate with APAC stakeholders and follow defined sourcing processes and escalation paths • Support procurement reporting, savings documentation, and cross-functional coordination QUALIFICATION / EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain operations, or supplier coordination • RFQ execution or supplier coordination experience, preferably in direct material or manufacturing categories • Exposure to e-sourcing platforms (Jaggaer, GEP, Ariba, etc.) preferred; ability to learn digital tools required • Basic understanding of supplier contracts, documentation, and contract
