Description: Support Paint Shop training initiatives. Key member in the digitalization team and growth of the paint shop and plant training process. The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:

Developing tools used for reporting and planning (excel, Apex, Power bi, or others).      Develop a custom course, opportunity to teach this course or others.      Plan projects related to technical training equipment/processes.      Learn new technologies (Augmented Reality, new software).      Reporting of technical trainings.      Further development of reporting tools (oracle/SharePoint).      Maintenance of reporting systems.      Planning of future courses.      Gap analysis (qualifications).      Data analysis (training data).      Forecasting training needs.      Assist TCT (Training Coordination Team) as needed, new class development, planning, etc.

Computer Science, ME, EE, data analytics, or similar. SQL and VBA. Oracle. Databases. Microsoft Power Apps. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major) Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university. MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. THE WORK TERM DATES ARE  January 11th – May 14th, 2027 .
