Lead — Middle Mile Pickup (MMPU) **Job Title:** Team Lead (TL) — Middle Mile Pickup **Location:**Bengaluru --- ## About the Role Amazon is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to fill the Middle Mile Pickup Team Lead position. The ideal candidate possesses strong work ethics, operational rigor, and a commitment to ensuring on-time seller pickups and network reliability. TLs are expected to understand all aspects of pickup operations — vehicle placement, seller handover management, route execution, truck utilization, and shift wash governance. The position requires adaptability to dynamic operational needs across pickup nodes and seller locations. The role is fast-paced, and filled with learning as we aim to deliver the best pickup experience for our sellers and ensure zero CPT misses. --- ## Summary Amazon's Middle Mile Pickup operations are critical to ensuring shipments move from seller locations to Sort Centers on time, every time. The MMPU TL is responsible for managing daily pickup execution across assigned lanes, driving truck utilization, ensuring vehicle placement adherence, managing seller handover SLAs, and leading a team of associates and drivers to meet network commitments.
