About You
Centrale Danone is looking for its new AMEA Milk FRM Manager, based in Casablanca or Istanbul. The position reports to the AMEA Milk Director and plays a key role in ensuring that our Farm Relationship Model supports our strategic ambitions around Milk Supply, Sustainability and Milk Pricing. In this role, you will be responsible for: Farm Relationship Model & Commercial Strategy Support local CBUs in defining the right Farm Relationship Model (FRM) to strengthen and manage relationships with farmers. Define and deploy standard farm clustering criteria, recommending the most relevant farm portfolio mix and supporting implementation across CBUs. Design, optimize and deploy commercial models for each country, aligned with both local and global strategic priorities. Consolidate farmgate prices and benchmark them against market prices and other CBUs. Co-design commercial rules for different farm types and ensure their effective implementation by local teams. Identify opportunities to improve costs and business performance through robust and timely negotiations with farming partners. Performance, Benchmarking & Ways of Working Analyze existing organizations and ways of working and recommend the most effective local models based on internal and external benchmarks. Define external FRM activities for each CBU in order to maximize value and leverage external expertise. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of milk procurement activities. Support CBUs in monitoring farm-related topics including volumes, forecast accuracy, farm development, sustainability and quality requirements. Contribute to data-driven recommendations aimed at improving supply security, cost competitiveness, sustainability and milk valorization. Knowledge & Capability Development Define a regional knowledge dissemination plan and support its local implementation across CBUs. Identify and benchmark digital technologies related to dairy farming. Strengthen knowledge sharing across the region and contribute to improving the way local teams advise and engage with farmers. Ensure that best practices and relevant external expertise are effectively leveraged across the organization. Key Performance Indicators You will contribute to monitoring and improving indicators related to: Economic performance: Protein/Fat Cost, Milk Price, Cash, Productivity and Competitiveness. Supply: Volumes, Protein/Fat coverage, farm size, supply portfolio diversification and farm clustering evolution. Compliance: Procure-to-Pay processes and contract management. Feed: Feed autonomy, feed conversion ratio, feed costs and MRM. Farming: Herd size, milking cows, yield, lactation, pregnancy rate and farm profitability. Quality: Solid content, Fat %, Protein %, Carbs %, Somatic Cell Count and TVC. Sustainability: CO₂, CH₄, Water, Biodiversity and Animal Welfare.
