As a Payment Rails Regional Product Sales Specialist (Vice President), you will identify opportunities, shape client solutions, and drive disciplined sales execution across domestic payment rails. As a Payment Rails Regional PSS, Vice President within J.P. Morgan Payments in Latin America, you will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy across the region. This role focuses on understanding and assessing clients’ business flows to identify and develop new opportunities, driving growth acceleration and enhancing Domestic Payment Rails P&L in the region through a comprehensive range of sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Alignment: Collaborate with Payments Sales, Bankers, and Product teams across Latin America to ensure alignment in client solutions and strategic planning. Client Prospecting and Portfolio Mining: Identify and engage potential clients to expand market share, while mining the existing Payments portfolio for new business development opportunities. Portfolio Growth and Management: Manage client attrition, pursue portfolio growth with existing clients, and generate new business opportunities.
Team
Support and Collaboration: Assist team members with client pitches, opportunity analysis, and presentations to key stakeholders. Pipeline Management: Develop and manage target lists, execute pre-sales activities, and drive deals from inception to closure, including senior management reporting.
Opportunity
Analysis: Leverage internal data to conduct thorough opportunity analysis and measure progress against identified opportunities. Client Engagement: Coordinate with Payments Sales, JPM Bankers, and coverage teams for proactive client engagement, and develop tailored solution presentations. RFP Coordination: Work closely with Payments sales, product management, and the RFP team to coordinate responses and make informed pricing decisions. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Fluency in Spanish and English Experience supporting transaction banking, payments, or cash management solutions in a client-facing, sales support, or product-aligned role Demonstrated ability to work under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment Strong written communication skills with experience producing client-ready documents and presentations Strong verbal communication skills with ability to participate in client calls and present alongside partners Ability to translate complex requirements into structured solution narratives and clear next steps Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Experience with domestic payment rails and cross-border payment flows in Latin America with special focus in Southern cone countries. Experience creating dashboards or reporting to track pipeline performance and outcomes Familiarity with cash management use cases across accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve day-to-day productivity and content development The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-centric environment and is eager to directly drive the growth of a key strategic solution for J.P.
