At TJX Australia, our Loss Prevention team plays a vital role in protecting our people, products, and operations. We're looking for   Supply Chain Loss Prevention Associates   to join our Marsden Park Processing Centre and help drive a safe, secure, and compliant environment. We currently have opportunities available across 3 shifts: AM Shift:   6:00am - 2:30pm PM Shift:   2:30pm - 10:30pm Night Shift:   10:30pm - 6:30am This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with operational teams to identify risks, support investigations, improve compliance, and help reduce shrink across our supply chain operations. No two days are the same, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building partnerships, and making a real impact.

Support safety, security, and access control initiatives across our Processing Centre. Conduct audits, inspections, and operational reviews to identify and mitigate risks. Assist with investigations into inventory discrepancies, theft, fraud, and other loss events. Review CCTV footage, gather evidence, and prepare reporting to support investigations. Partner with Operations teams to improve compliance, inventory accuracy, and shrink reduction outcomes.

Experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Investigations, Compliance, Audit, or a related field. Experience within a warehouse, logistics, retail, or supply chain environment is highly regarded. Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and investigative practices. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
