Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)     What’s in It for You: We’re hiring an Analyst – Material/SIOP to support warehouse and plant operations through effective material coordination and order tracking. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in ensuring the right parts are delivered to the plants on time, in good condition, and in the quantities needed. You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with cross-functional teams including Warehouse Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Plant teams. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work required based on business needs. This position provides a strong opportunity to build experience in material planning, warehouse execution, order management, and supply chain operations.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for material movement and pick release coordination across the warehouse and plant network. Release, track, and monitor picks to ensure material is delivered accurately and on time to the plants. Track all orders from pick release through plant delivery, ensuring timely follow-up on open, delayed, or incomplete picks. Monitor picked and non-picked parts for each station pick and ensure shortages or misses are properly documented, communicated, and resolved. Coordinate recovery plans for missed parts and ensure material is delivered to the plant as soon as it becomes available. Identify, escalate, and help resolve material flow issues that could impact production, service, or delivery timelines. Partner with warehouse, plant, and support teams to determine root causes of misses, delays, and inventory discrepancies. Investigate quality concerns related to material condition, accuracy, or delivery, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and other teams on corrective actions. Maintain accurate records, status updates, and reporting related to picks, shortages, expedites, and material issues. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending actions to improve pick accuracy, material visibility, and on-time delivery performance. Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and recovery actions.

What You Will Bring

Bachelors degree preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree Experience tracking orders, inventory, picks, shortages, or material flow in a warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain environment preferred. Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and communication. Experience with ERP system preferred Ability to work effectively in both a warehouse environment and an office setting, depending on daily priorities and standard work. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to escalate issues clearly and promptly to support timeline adherence. Ability to collaborate across functions and build strong working relationships with warehouse teams, plant personnel, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
