Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week The Role The head of Marketing Performance & Intelligence will lead the regional analytics agenda for GM South America, connecting business priorities with data, measurement, experimentation and actionable insights. This role will be responsible for building the operating model, priorities and capabilities needed to improve marketing effectiveness, elevate decision quality and create a stronger link between investment and business outcomes across the region, connecting local needs with global capabilities. What you will do (responsabilities): Define the vision, roadmap and operating model for Marketing Performance & Intelligence in GM South America Lead a small high-impact team focused on performance measurement and marketing intelligence Establish a clear measurement framework across the marketing funnel, linking activities to business outcomes Create governance, routines and decision forums to ensure marketing investments are managed with greater rigor and transparency Partner with country and regional marketing stakeholders to identify key business questions and convert them into analytics priorities. Connect South America needs with global teams, ensuring access to methods, tools, standards and best practices Drive a culture of test, learn and optimize across campaigns, channels, audiences and offers Raise the quality of performance storytelling so senior leaders can make faster and better decisions Integrate performance and intelligence outputs into planning, campaign reviews, media optimization and budget allocation Build talent, ways of working and capability development for a more data-driven marketing organization Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP Your skills and abilities (required qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field Significant experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, media measurement, business intelligence or commercial analytics Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders Experience building dashboards, KPIs, measurement frameworks or decision systems Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business actions Fluent English and Portuguese, with ability to operate in regional and global forums. Ideal Spanish as well. What can you give a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): Experience in automotive, mobility, consumer, retail or multi-market environments Familiarity with experimentation, attribution, MMM, incrementality or advanced measurement approaches Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, GA4, Adobe, SQL or similar analytics platforms Experience working with global teams and enterprise-scale processes Key Competencies: Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to growth, efficiency and brand objectives Proven experience leading teams or cross-functional agendas in marketing analytics, business intelligence, media effectiveness or related areas Ability to move between strategic thinking and operational execution Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in matrixed and regional organizations Strong communication and storytelling skills with executive audiences High comfort level working with ambiguity, prioritization and change management #LI-AS
