Join TikTok LIVE’s Service & Experience team to help elevate global live streaming experiences. You’ll work directly with massive user feedback, using data insights and process optimization to address core experience issues—impacting billions of users in real time.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Insight & Analysis: Monitor multi-channel user feedback, apply data analysis to pinpoint experience gaps and root causes. - Process Development: Support service process optimization, draft and iterate clear, actionable SOPs. - Optimization Facilitation: Build data-driven reports, collaborate with product and R&D teams to drive issue resolution and closure. - Project Support: Assist in user research, competition analysis, and daily data reporting.
