Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs that align with business goals and drive site-wide employee growth. Lead site-wide learning initiatives, including onboarding, refresher training, and skills development. Collaborate with site leadership and L&D partners to implement targeted development strategies based on assessment of workforce capabilities. Analyze training effectiveness using data and metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all training programs. Support L&D budget planning and resource allocation for site training needs. Promote consistency across sites by aligning local programs with enterprise-wide L&D strategies. Build trusted stakeholder relationships that foster collaborative partnership between L&D and site leadership. Engage in consulting conversations to determine appropriate learning solutions.
What You’ll Bring - Required
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country High school diploma or GED 3 or more years of Refining/Midstream experience Working knowledge of the Operator and Maintenance Training Required Standards Experience with data analysis and reporting Strong communication and facilitation skills Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $125,100 - $152,900. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation. Each role is assigned a salary grade with a defined pay range, benchmarked against industry peers. Where a candidate offer falls within the posted range depends on the candidate's experience, skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
