Overview
Microsoft Indonesia's Public Sector team is seeking a Account Executive to lead trusted, strategic relationships with government customers. In this role you will own a portfolio of public sector accounts, drive digital transformation aligned to national and agency priorities, and orchestrate a virtual team to deliver measurable business and mission outcomes through the Microsoft Cloud.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end relationship and multi-year account plan for a portfolio of government customers, serving as the primary point of accountability. Build and grow executive-level relationships with government stakeholders, translating mission and policy priorities into a digital transformation roadmap. Drive revenue growth and cloud consumption across Azure, Modern Work, Security, and Business Applications, meeting or exceeding targets. Orchestrate a virtual team of technical, partner, industry, and specialist resources to progress and close opportunities. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast, and lead compliant, ethical selling consistent with public sector procurement standards.
Qualifications
8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, with a consistent record of quota achievement. Experience selling to or managing public sector or government customers, ideally in Indonesia. Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and lead a virtual or matrixed team. Strong business-value and solution-selling skills across cloud solutions.
