As an HR Representative for JD Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, Iowa , you will:
Serve as a strategic HR business partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, systems, and people-related matters Coach managers and employees to strengthen performance, enhance working relationships, and support individual and team effectiveness Lead and support HR programs, organizational changes, and strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and operational needs Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, organizational effectiveness, and other core HR processes Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing work environment Support the execution of human resources strategies and solutions that enable business success and enhance the employee experience

2 or more years of Human Resources experience, including areas such as talent acquisition, HR operations, employee programs, onboarding, workforce planning, or employee relations Solutions focused, forward thinking, and bring a positive vibe to influence change Demonstrated ability to coach, counsel, and advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, performance, and sensitive or complex people matters Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive outcomes across all levels of the organization Proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information, combined with a solutions-focused and forward-thinking mindset Team-oriented individual with a passion for creating a positive employee experience, driving inclusion and engagement, and utilizing data and HR systems to support informed decision-making What Makes You Stand Out
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI) Strong technical skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Power Apps) Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
