Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? As a Fund Servicing Analyst in the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) team, you will work as part of a Global/Regional IBOR investment operations team to provide continued premier service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Work as part of a either a Global/Regional IBOR investment operations team to provide continued premier service delivery Contribute and provide management or other information, where required, towards internal reporting, client service review decks and other client meeting presentations Timely and accurate processing across various components of the daily operational activities essential to the construction and delivery of client reporting (IBOR) Process all operational activity in accordance with standard operating policies (SOPs), procedures and guidelines to meet corporate risk and control standards and principles Timely escalation of issues across day to day operational activities and timely closure of such issues Seek opportunities, and participate, in initiatives to improve service levels and improved efficiency for J.P. Morgan and the Client, as required Active participation in operational projects or tasks to ensure the continued IMOS global strategy is maintained as required. Build interactive internal relationships with our global operations partners, client service and other products, including Front Office, Performance & Risk, and Compliance teams Work with management and across your direct team to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy and seamless integration in a ‘follow the sun’ model Communicate effectively across multiple functions, including technology, service, product and other operations teams to manage the entire IBOR service delivery Timely and accurate processing of Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management, as required. Required qualifications, skills and capabilities Experience/understanding of Investment Operations (Trades, Cash and Reconciliations) Experience/understanding of Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management Excellent communication style and ability to communicate effectively as required with internal partners and clients, as required Ability to work to agreed deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload Ability to problem solve to identify, understand and address operational issues Good communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders across the product Ability to be flexible, follow and meet tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work Self-starter with ability to learn quickly Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities Previous experience across process, risk and control within Investment Operations (preferably, but not necessarily, Middle Office). Previous experience of working with teams across multiple locations (preferable but not essential) An understanding of OTC instruments / Exchange Traded Derivatives / Fixed Income Securities / Equity products and other financial instruments (preferable but not essential) Shift Schedule: Should be flexible to do morning and/or midshift (9am-6pm or 3pm-12am PHT)
