The Compensation & Benefits Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end compensation and benefits services within a shared services/contact center environment. The role ensures accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and resolution of employee queries, while maintaining compliance with Australian regulations. The individual also supports process improvements, handles escalations, and drives service excellence in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment. What are we looking for? • Relevant years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll / HR Operations • Experience in shared services or contact center environments •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred) •• Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits processes including payroll operations and benefits administration • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll regulations (Fair Work Act, taxation, superannuation, Modern Awards) • Experience in HR shared services / contact center environment with SLA-driven delivery • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors) • Ability to handle complex payroll queries and escalations with high accuracy • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills for payroll validation and reporting • Experience in audit support, compliance checks, and risk mitigation • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills across HR, finance, and employees • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage confidential compensation data • Adaptability to high-volume, fast-paced operational environments Roles and Responsibilities: •• Manage end-to-end payroll and compensation processes including salary changes, variable pay, deductions, and validations • Administer employee benefits programs (superannuation, insurance, leave entitlements) in line with Australia requirements • Handle complex employee queries and escalations related to compensation, payroll, and benefits via contact center channels • Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, taxation, and superannuation regulations in Australia • Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and support month-end / payroll cycle activities • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HRIS and payroll systems • Drive adherence to SLA/KPI metrics (accuracy, TAT, CSAT, FCR for escalations) • Identify trends in compensation/benefits queries and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities • Collaborate with HRBPs,
