Designation: Hybrid with a requirement to go into our Markham office once or twice a month.
Job Description
In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive customer-focused and data-driven decisions across Operations. You will work at the intersection of analytics and business strategy—breaking down problems, identifying trends, and delivering clear recommendations that influence operational efficiency and performance. You’ll play a key role in a new and evolving space, supporting initiatives such as the launch and optimization of Allstate’s direct sales channels. By combining strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and technical expertise , you will help shape how data is used to guide decisions, improve customer experience, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Accountabilities : Analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers Translate business questions into structured analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor performance and support decision-making Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and provide consultative analytics support Assess performance against targets, identify variances, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve outcomes Forecast operational volumes and provide insights to support workforce planning and business strategy Build compelling data stories and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences Lead and deliver analytics projects of moderate complexity, including defining timelines, priorities, and deliverables Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing analytical methodologies, processes, and reporting capabilities Qualifications : Strong analytical and problem-solving
