About this role
We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of our LEO warehouse inventory functions. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying, diagnosing, and resolving systemic issues across Warehouse Operations — directly impacting inventory accuracy, operational throughput, cycle time, and site performance. You will partner closely with Site Leadership, Cross-Functional Engineering teams, SAP Support, and Business Process Owners to root-cause day-to-day operational issues, surface insights from transactional data, and translate them into actionable long-term fixes. The ideal candidate is a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in their functional area — someone who lives in the data, understands SAP transaction flows end-to-end, and brings sharp problem-solving instincts to ambiguous, fast-moving operational challenges. We are looking for a hands-on operator — someone who does not wait for clean data or perfect requirements, but rolls up their sleeves, digs into the problem, and drives it to closure. Key job responsibilities Deep-Dive Analytics & Root Cause Analysis • Independently scope, design, and execute complex analyses of operational data, including inventory flow, transactional error patterns, cycle time breakdowns, throughput bottlenecks, and process deviations. • Work with Fulfillment Engineering to identify/resolve issues and develop long-term solutions. • Translate raw operational and system data into clear, actionable business insights that drive measurable improvement. System Change Management & UAT Partnership • Work with the fulfillment team to scope, define, and implement system changes that address recurring operational pain points. Then addressing those issues by working with fulfillment engineering to get larger scope. • Serve as the business-side partner in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP changes — validating that system updates align with operational reality and business requirements before go-live. • Document business requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure changes deliver intended outcomes without unintended downstream impacts. Dashboard, Reporting & Metric Ownership • Build, automate, and maintain daily/weekly reports and self-serve dashboards that give Site Management visibility into key operational metrics (inventory accuracy, receive-to-putaway cycle time, pick error rates, kit completion rates, aging inventory, etc.). • Track and report area-level metrics. Investigate variances, root-cause performance misses, and present findings in weekly business reviews. • Use data to create compelling narratives that drive continuous operational improvements. • Assess work for quality and accuracy, validating against existing sources of truth. • Makes data easily accessible through documentation. • Works to make similar work simpler in the future. Proactive Problem Identification & Issue Escalation • Proactively identify and call out emerging issues, anomalies, and risks in your functional area — often before they escalate or before stakeholders ask. Frame these business problems with quantified impact (units at risk, throughput loss, cost exposure). • Monitor leading indicators and trigger early-warning escalations to Site Leadership with recommended corrective actions. • Maintain a running backlog of identified improvement opportunities, prioritized by business impact. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) • Be the go-to resource for process questions, system behavior, edge cases, and best practices; as well as, where or where not to find relevant data. • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials that reflect current-state operations and incorporate lessons learned. • Assist in onboarding and upskilling peers on analytical methods, SAP navigation, and problem-solving frameworks. Tooling, Automation & Continuous Improvement •
