Responsibilities 1. Product Development & Optimization: Assist in designing and improving LIVE ecosystem governance tools and strategies to enhance content quality and platform safety. Develop user education strategies to promote positive engagement and prevent violations in the livestreaming community. 2. Ecosystem Analysis & Insights: Analyze livestreaming trends, governance challenges, and user behavior to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Leverage data-driven insights to refine governance strategies and optimize moderation processes. 3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, operations, Algo, and Data teams to enhance governance efficiency and drive product iterations. Support internal prioritization and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of governance initiatives. 4. Feature Rollout & Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the launch of new governance features and policies, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor and respond to user feedback, continuously refining governance tools to improve livestreaming safety and user experience.
