Work Location Assignment: Mexico City, must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business Position Summary Responsible for coordinating and implementing initiatives derived from the category strategy, ensuring timely execution of the materials development plan and supporting commercial objectives through data-driven insights to identify trends to improve execution. This role operates within a Rare Disease, low-prevalence therapeutic area , where success depends on precision segmentation, cross-functional coordination, and rigorous compliance discipline as much as on classic marketing execution.
Main Responsibilities
Execute portfolio action plans in alignment with strategic objectives. Coordinate the design, development, and approval of promotional materials in compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Works closely with the sales team, proactively gathering field insights that are translated into actionable recommendations to improve marketing's tactical execution. Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, ensuring timely feedback and follow-up. Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics across stakeholders. Analyze digital data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to generate actionable insights for the marketing team. Align commercial activities with the digital marketing plan. Generate insights from market and sales analysis, including prescriber-level and institution-level data (public and private channel). Support the build and maintenance of brand prioritization tools (scoring models, tiering, tracking) used to guide field force and channel strategy. Apply AI-based tools to accelerate analysis, content drafting, and reporting workflows. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or related roles (relevant internship experience will also be considered). Proven experience applying AI tools (LLMs) to marketing projects is required. Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
