Program Manager I, Line Haul Planning Team

We're seeking a Program Manager to join our team and take ownership of high-impact initiatives that span product development, program execution and network performance. Key job responsibilities 1)Transform raw ideas into clear project documentation including project charters, statements of work, responsibility matrices, and implementation plans that drive alignment across stakeholders 2)Execute strategic programs and initiatives by establishing milestones, assigning responsibilities, and developing launch schedules to ensure timely delivery while identifying and resolving roadblocks 3)Collaborate with product teams on technical initiatives and operations teams to improve network performance, working backward from customer needs to define requirements and incorporate stakeholder context into project plans 4)Drive process improvements by analyzing data patterns, distinguishing between important and urgent priorities, and implementing solutions that simplify workflows and reduce costs 5)Monitor project health through success metrics and status reporting, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience at the right time while managing stakeholder communications and expectations A day in the life You'll start your day collaborating with product teams on technical initiatives, diving into metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
