The SIEM Architect will play a pivotal role in d esign, implement ation , and ev olution of Danaher's enterprise-wide log management platforms and supporting architecture . In this role you will provide techn ical leadership, driv e platform strategy and partner across e ngineering and cybersecurity disciplines t o solve complex challenges across a global enterprise. This position is within the Danaher Corporate Information Security team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Engineering as a fully remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Deliver Against Strategic Enterprise Priorities – Provide technical leadership as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise cybersecurity log data management and SIEM solutions , pursuing and evaluating emerging capabilities and standardization enterprise -wide . D rive Operational Excellence & Supportability – Design secure, highly available , modular, and maintainable solutions that support enterprise growth while improving operational efficiency and long-term solution sustainability. Lead Enterprise Architecture – Produce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), reference architecture, and standards that guide implementation s enterprise-wide . Collaborate for Success – Partner with engineering, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and security operations teams to drive alignment and deliver capabilities. The essential requirements of the job include: 7+ years of experience deploying, managing, maintaining, and architecting enterprise SIEM and log management solutions within complex enterprise environments. Deep hands-on expertise architecting, administering, and optimizing leading SIEM and security operations platforms, including CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto XSIAM, Google SecOps (Chronicle), Elastic, and similar technologies. Proven experience implementing, integrating, and leveraging enterprise log data pipeline platforms such as Cribl, Databahn, Onum, Bindplane, Vector, and comparable solutions to support scalable security monitoring and analytics. Demonstrated experience developing solutions and integrations across cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), while translating business requirements into technical and architectural solution requirements. Strong technical documentation and communication skills, including preparation and maintenance of architectural diagrams, logical flow diagrams, operating procedures, use case documentation, and other supporting technical artifacts. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Demonstrated experience administering and architecting multi-tenant implementations Demonstrated programming or scripting language expertise including but not limited to Python, Bash , PowerShell (Python preferred) Demonstrated experience automating deployments using scripts or Infrastructure as
