Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. We are seeking a strong PMO Senior Operations Manager to support delivery excellence for Transcend. This role will be located in Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom with alternative locations to be considered in Dublin, Ireland; Lisbon, Portugal; Madrid, Spain; Latina, Italy; and Milano, Italy. In this role, you will support day-to-day PMO operations across multiple sophisticated Commercial and Manufacturing Deploy programs, handling planning, governance coordination, risk management, reporting, and decision-support processes that enable successful execution. You will work closely with PMO leadership, Global Program Managers, and cross-functional business and technology teams to maintain alignment, clarity, and operational rigor, while advancing critical issues and supporting timely decision-making.
