Responsibilities
Associate Director – Business Insights & Analytics, Consumer and HCP Media Product will join a growing and dynamic team of analytics professionals whose main goal is to help our business partners achieve their goals through data analytics enablement. The position will develop a deep understanding of various LillyUSA, Global and Consumer and HCP Media focused data sources, to create analyses, ensure analytic outputs align with business results, and communicate key outputs to decision makers. This person is responsible for collaborating with analytics teammates and the business unit teams to effectively and efficiently deploy analytic solutions/products to enable partners in making data-driven decisions. The position will be critical for the integration and coordination of analytics outputs, working alongside internal business partners in multiple technical areas. This position will lead a variety of analytical projects in collaboration with global teammates located in Lilly Bangaluru. They will communicate analytical outputs to collaborators in a way that drives key business decisions. The Associate Director, Media Analytics Product will partner across the BI&A team to deliver analytics execution strategies, and help shape a unified view of central, bespoke, product solutions for the critical priorities across the centralized capabilities and the Business Unit teams. They will closely collaborate across Consumer Marketing, HCP (Health Care Practitioner) Paid Media, Central Media Operations teams & multi-functional business partners with the goal of building, standardizing, and driving analytics solutions as a singular, centralized capability, within the Global Customer Office. This role works with the Executive Director, Business Insights & Analytics, Consumer and HCP Media Product. Key Objectives: Develop an understanding of Consumer and HCP media strategy, goals, challenges and critical objectives to ensure analytics results are aligned to the broader strategy Identify, prioritize, and implement analytical solutions that provide data driven insights, help answer critical questions and meet business partner decision needs Translate business problems into a clear analytics work plan with appropriate solutions for execution that will significantly create results Articulate analytics value proposition to partners and identify novel analytics use case opportunities Translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights Develop and maintain relationships with Business Unit and multi-functional partners Work with data teams in both the US and global to develop a comprehensive understanding for the data BI&A has access to and be able to: Understand what data sources are available, their terminology, what they can be used for, and major limitations of the data Understand relationships between data sources Understand how to pull, compile, and use data compliantly Partner to
