Description

Interfacing between onsite production and design in Germany for the areas of powertrain, driving dynamics, digital, and electrical harness.  Analyzing and problem-solving of design-related issues affecting production. Hands-on support with line trials, concept validation, and implementation of hardware changes.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

Directing problem-solving teams within the plant as a design representative. Running and steering projects and problem-solving teams to address unforeseen production challenges. Steering and organizing line-trials in collaboration with design and production. Keeping our team Confluence (Wiki) content up to date. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification

Engineering degree (mechanical or automotive preferred). Effective communication skills. Analytic and problem-solving skills. Organizing talent. Openness and determination in finding and implementing the best solutions for BMW.
