Inspire and instill confidence in customer audiences by delivering engaging solution demonstrations, industry scenarios, and customer success stories at the Microsoft Experience Center EMEA in Munich. Deliver immersive experience sessions in customer engagements, translating complex technologies into compelling business outcomes through impactful storytelling. Support the creation, maintenance, and documentation of demonstration content, including scripts, training materials, videos, talking points, and experience guides for global reuse. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, sharing expertise with customers, partners, stakeholders, and the global Envisioning Specialist community to drive successful engagement outcomes. Support the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of technology experiences and demonstrations in partnership with global technology operations and immersive experience teams. Partner closely with Microsoft Innovation Hub Solution Engineers and other cross-functional teams to learn emerging technologies, identify customer opportunities, and enhance engagement effectiveness. Gather customer insights, business trends, success metrics, and feedback from engagements to recommend improvements, influence future experiences, and drive operational excellence across customer engagement programs.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND a  few years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Experience presenting to large audiences and senior executives in both internal and customer-facing environments. Experience delivering solution, platform, or product demonstrations to enterprise customers. Understanding of information technology, cloud computing, AI solutions, software industry trends, and digital transformation strategies.

Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in program management, process management, or process improvement; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
