As a Distribution Supervisor at Boston Scientific's U.S. Tier 1 Distribution Center, you will lead multifunctional teams within the outbound operations, including picking, packing, shipping and special handling, to support domestic and international customers with life-changing medical devices. In this role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability, optimize shipping workflows and drive continuous process improvements that enhance operational performance. Work model, sponsorship, relocation: This position is an onsite role based at a Boston Scientific distribution center. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Your responsibilities will include: ● Lead, coach and motivate multifunctional teams to achieve operational goals and performance objectives. ● Monitor, review and report department performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. ● Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. ● Ensure quality and accuracy of outbound order fulfillment. ● Utilize labor management models to optimize staffing and operational efficiency. ● Analyze material usage and implement initiatives to reduce costs and improve material savings. ● Participate in the development and implementation of cross-functional projects and operational initiatives. Qualifications: Required qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree. ● Minimum of 6 years' leadership experience. ● Minimum of 3 years' distribution experience. ● Minimum of 8 years' medical device distribution experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. ● Ability to travel up to 5%. Preferred qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree or higher. ● Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS). ● Experience with SAP. ● Experience using Microsoft Excel. ● Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
