Lead Architect / Senior Technology Lead – Cloud, AI, & DevOps Platform Engineering - Assistant Vice President

Summary & Role Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Leader to drive strategic technology initiatives across Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and AI-powered solutions. The role requires a strong hands-on technical background and passion for architecting enterprise-scale platforms, leading cross-functional engineering teams, driving modernization initiatives, and implementing AI-enabled solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines hands-on expertise in Cloud Platforms, DevOps, Python, Automation frameworks, AI/LLMs, and Application Engineering with proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and mentoring engineering teams. Core/Must have skills : Technology Leadership · Define technology roadmaps and solution architecture strategies for Cloud, DevOps, and AI platforms. · Lead enterprise modernization initiatives and cloud transformation programs. · Drive adoption of engineering best practices, platform standardization, and automation. · Evaluate and conduct strategic POCs on emerging technologies and define adoption strategies. Cloud & DevOps Leadership · Lead CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), platform engineering, and developer experience initiatives. · Drive DevSecOps practices, software supply chain security, and automated governance controls. · Define reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence standards. AI & Agentic Solutions · Lead implementation of AI Agents, Agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and AI powered solutions for business problems. · Establish standards for AI security, model lifecycle management, evaluation, and responsible AI. People Leadership · Mentor senior engineers and technology leads. · Experience presenting technical strategy and outcomes to executive leadership. · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. · Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams. · Drive engineering excellence and foster a culture of innovation.
