We boldly go. Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Position Overview: The Hire Projects Controller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. This role plays a crucial role in managing won hire orders from cradle to grave from our Service Sales team. The primary objective is to develop business development relationships with sales, customers and sub-contractors and deliver a high standard for projects in the HVAC and Process Cooling industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Stakeholder Relationships: · Accountable for the procurement for all equipment and subcontracts works related to all projects in your control. · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted point of contact. · Accountable for in and outbound calls to suppliers, sales teams, customers, and stakeholders. · Able to communicate complex technical engineering activities to non-technical stakeholders. · High volume and fast paced so able to be flexible and adaptable during each project and keeping customers updated throughout. Internal Controls and Processes: · Co-ordination of equipment parts and subcontractors to ensure required deadlines are achieved. · Providing update and support to clients and sales engineers, co-ordinating projects · Communications with supervisors, technician, and customers on updates and to drive continuous improvement. · Identify resources and assign responsibilities. · Financial control of projects including budgeting and costs · Effective communication skills Skills and Capabilities: Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage Engineering qualification preferred Project Engineer background is an advantage. People and communication skills with a positive mindset Able to work with minimal supervision. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite Right to Work status confirmed for Country of application.
