As a Manufacturing Quality Systems Engineer at Jabil, you will manage, coordinate, and execute one or more of the site’s critical Quality System programs. You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives, and provide technical guidance to maintain and improve the site’s quality systems. What will you do? Manage the site’s CAPA system and auditing tool, including training and technical support for local staff. Monitor CAPA progress proactively to ensure timely implementation. Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities. Analyze the site’s Quality System for compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Support preparation of quality-related documentation and process analysis. Provide technical guidance on complex issues; interpret quality standards and regulatory requirements. Perform independent internal audits and support internal, external, and customer audits. Maintain and update site-level quality system policies, procedures, and work instructions. Provide Quality Management with key plant metrics updates. Assist in developing and maintaining metrics for the Quality Systems department. Support software and systems validation plan requirements for applicable computer systems. Work safely and comply with Environmental Health and Safety standards. How will you get here?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other similar related disciplines. At least 2 years of experience working with manufacturing quality systems or regulatory and compliance OR an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience of actively participating in internal and external audits.  Certified internal auditor or advanced knowledge of Regulatory and ISO standards. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis. Ability and experience supporting internal and external audits. Project management, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills are a plus. High-level computer skills (Windows and Microsoft Office applications).
