Collins Global Ethics & Compliance (“GEC”) has an outstanding career opportunity to become part of our program as an Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO). This Associate Director position is for an experienced ethics and compliance professional and will report to the Collins Global ECO. This ECO position will provide critical program management across all conflict of interest (COI) related review and mitigation programs, working closely with Collins GEC leadership to drive a strategic, proactive, collaborative, and harmonized approach that fosters and enhances our values-based culture of compliance across the global Collins enterprise. The ECO role will lead conflict of interest (COI), post-government employment, and similar reviews, and collaborate across corporate and Collins GEC and other key functional stakeholders on related policies, tools, training, and data/trend assessments.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, while developing relationships with internal customers and collaborating with multiple business functions as a trusted business partner in providing guidance on GEC topics and championing our values. The responsibilities of the Associate Director will include: Serving as the Collins focal for conflict-of-interest and post-government employment programs Conducting conflict of interest reviews including current and post-government employment, new hire and occasioned COIs, for most Collins employees including coordinating with Legal, HR, and the GEC investigations team as appropriate Responding to conflict of interest related Inquiries for Collins that come in through the RTX Speak Up Helpline or the ECO network Continuously identifying and leveraging best practices across the enterprise in a collaborative and flexible manner to significantly improve on existing processes Recommending and implementing enhanced processes around conflict of interest programs Supporting leadership efforts to own, champion and empower a culture of ethics, compliance and integrity Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams Attending and actively participating in leadership meetings and events Serving as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns related to conflict of interest and post-government employment restrictions Conducting post-COI review check-ins with parties to confirm implementation of follow-on mitigation actions Analyzing trends, identifying risk areas and planning actions (preventative and responsive) Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience Strong working knowledge of relevant laws and
