Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The general purpose of Brand Communication is to build and strengthen the brand’s presence within sport and culture by delivering consistent, impactful, and locally relevant storytelling. The function connects global brand strategies with local execution across PR, influencers, media, events, and partnerships. The Brand Communication Working Student supports the team in executing day-to-day activities, contributing to 360° brand activations, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders in Poland and Czech Republic. This role provides hands-on experience in how a global sports & lifestyle brand operates, offering exposure to campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration. The working student will develop an understanding of brand communication processes and gain practical experience in bringing campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Brand Communication team in daily activities and administrative tasks Preparing internal presentations, overviews, and basic reports Preparing, packing, and shipping seeding packages for influencers and media Assisting with influencer research, PR activities, and campaign concepts Supporting the execution of local events and brand initiatives Collaborating closely with brand and marketing teams in Poland & Czechia Contributing to Sport category activities and selected Lifestyle initiatives Providing support for ad-hoc tasks and ongoing brand communication projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Fluent Polish, working proficiency in English Strong interest in sport, lifestyle, culture or storytelling Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset Ability to manage both administrative and hands-on tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Creative thinking and willingness to learn Passion for sport, such running, football and training
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) Availability 30 hours per week (ideally 3–4 days) Open to long-term collaboration Previous experience in marketing, PR, communications, or events is a plus
