Basic Job Functions:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Treasury Analyst to take a lead role in supporting the company’s treasury operations. This position is responsible for daily cash positioning, managing investments, enterprise payment activities, banking operations and treasury initiatives while ensuring strong internal controls, operational efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with sound judgment and a proactive approach to treasury operations and cash management, and a digital-first mindset that seeks opportunities to use technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven insights to improve processes, reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and support faster, more informed decision-making. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, successfully manages multiple priorities, embraces continuous improvement, and takes ownership of delivering exceptional results. The candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills as well as technical expertise, leadership potential, and a commitment to advancing treasury operations through practical digital transformation. Periodic travel for conferences and division visits may be required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute daily cash positioning, enterprise wire requests, month-end closing, and liquidity forecasting on a rotational basis. Partner with banks and investment managers to optimize Nucor’s investment portfolio while ensuring compliance with policies and controls. Prepare treasury and investment reporting for senior leadership. Support divisions’ treasury and banking needs. Champion the use of treasury technology, automation, and AI tools to modernize workflows, reduce manual processes, and support finance data strategy. Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other business partners to resolve issues and improve processes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of Treasury, Finance, Banking, or Accounting experience. Preferred Qualifications:
