The Global Mobility Admin Analyst provides administrative and transactional support for global mobility operations, including relocation, immigration, and assignment management for employees moving into or within Australia. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and supporting vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In an airline industry context, the role also supports high-volume mobility activities involving crew travel, documentation, and coordination aligned to aviation-specific regulations. What are we looking for? • Relevant years of of experience in HR operations, administration, or shared services environment• Experience in handling documentation or data processing tasks preferred• Exposure to travel or airline operations is an added advantage •• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. • Basic understanding of global mobility processes, including immigration and relocation administration• Familiarity with Australian visa and work authorization processes (e.g., TSS visa basics)• Awareness of airline industry operations such as crew scheduling, high-frequency travel management, and documentation requirements• Understanding of travel documentation handling (passports, visas, entry requirements, layover compliance)• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management• Good organizational and coordination skills for handling multiple administrative tasks• Basic communication skills for interacting with employees, crew members, and vendors• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)• Ability to work in a process-driven, SLA-based environment• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality in handling employee information Roles and Responsibilities: •• Provide administrative support for global mobility processes including relocation and immigration documentation• Prepare and manage employee and airline crew mobility records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness• Coordinate with external vendors for visa applications, travel bookings, and relocation logistics• Track and update mobility cases, ensuring timely status updates in systems• Support processing of routine mobility transactions such as document collection, verification, and filing• Assist in managing airline-specific travel documentation including passports, visas, travel itineraries, and compliance records for crew movement• Support coordination of crew travel schedules, layovers, and short-term
