Designing, shaping, and enabling OEM warranty recovery processes using tools like Pega as the core workflow and decisioning platform. Translate warranty policies into scalable, rules‑driven, automated processes on the Warranty platform. Work closely with Warranty Operations, Supplier Recovery, Quality, Legal, IT, and Technical Architects to deliver an AI‑enabled, automated warranty recovery solution. Collaborate with architects on case design, data structures, rules, integrations, and UI. Leverage Tools features (like Pega) to build:
